About Course

Life coach training for supporting communities.

Description

Welcome to our life coach training course! This course has been designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of the principles and practices of life coaching. By the end of the course you will be ready to begin coaching others.

The course comprises four modules. During the first module you will explore the communication principles and structures essential to becoming a successful life coach. The second module will guide you through the fundamentals of life coaching as a discipline specifically exploring the GROW model and working out some of the practicalities. You will then, in module three, explore some of the fundamental principles of understanding and utilising common concepts you will encounter relating to human and social capital in practice. In our fourth and final core module, we will be looking at change and building motivation.

During our booster sessions and one-to-one tutorials in the months after the initial training you will be introduced to six further coaching models / tools and be guided through a process of personalising these and developing your own coaching style and ethos.
